A missed pick up can be a variety of situations. It could be driver error, contamination, overflowing cart, time of placement or nonpayment on the account. For more information regarding the specific reason, please call us or email us.

For all City of Turlock customers Residential Street Sweeping is done on a four-week cycle. (with city link). Area 3 and 4 customers we unfortunately do not sweep in these areas.
Turlock Scavenger observes the following holidays: New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Service days that fall on the holiday will be pushed back 1 day, with all services resuming the following week.

City of Turlock customers have a three-cart system. A gray cart for solid waste, green cart for the green waste and blue cart for recycling. Stanislaus County customers are on a single cart system. We do not provide a blue or green cart for county customers.
Carts should be placed curb side the night before service day or no later than 5AM on service day.
